Shipping & returns
- If the product is in our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days. If the product is temporarily or completely out of stock or the delivery time is longer than usually, we will notify you immediately.
- We will notify you on the product presentation page if the delivery time is substantially different from the above.
- We deliver products only in Finland All deliveries by XyliMind Oy take place via finnish Post.
- You will receive a shipment with your delivery, which will serve as a receipt for your purchase.
- Subscribers under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent for their order.
- Prices include VAT (14%).
- Free shipping on orders over 150 €. Delivery of orders under € 150 to a parcel machine or local postage € 6 and home delivery 10 €.
- For non-redeemed shipments, we charge the subscriber the return fee invoiced by the Post (€ 10) and any retransmission costs.
Returning and shipments broken during transport
- Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during mail delivery. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package already in the presence of a postman when you pick it up. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product (s) has also been damaged, make a damage report immediately at the post office. Then contact our customer service via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the further instructions by return.
